We have had an extremely active and busy fall season here at Trinity. Here are a few of the events that we have experienced this year!
Reformation Sunday Potluck, October 25, 2026
We had a wonderful time and turnout on Sunday, October 25, for Reformation Sunday! It was so nice to see everyone wearing red, representing the power of the Holy Spirit. We all enjoyed a delicious potluck lunch and time of fellowship following the 10:15 service that morning.
Streets of Treats, Saturday, October 17
We were so happy to participate and see all the kids (and grown-ups!) in their costumes. We had close to 900 visitors stop by! Thank you to all of the Trinity volunteers who helped with set-up and clean-up, and in between, sent many, many treats down the candy chute to the waiting crowds. Fall Lunch on the Lawn, Thursday, October 15
We had our season finale of Lunch on the Lawn with a special fall lunch for our neighbors. Under brilliantly blue skies, we roasted hot dogs and marshmallows over a fire pit, made s’mores, ate candy corn, drank apple cider, and, in general, just enjoyed the fall weather and each other’s company. We were blessed to catch up with some old friends, meet some new ones, and share food and fellowship with all. Click thru the pictures below …
Blessing of the Animals, Sunday, October 4
Pastor Barb blessed the animals on Sunday afternoon, October 4, in observance of the annually commemorated Feast of St. Francis of Assisi.

World Communion Sunday, October 4
We rejoiced and remembered our oneness in the body of Christ and our global interconnectedness across cultures and denominations. Worship at Union Church, September 13
What an exciting Rally Day for Trinity! Our worship was held at the Union Church in Mechanicsburg. The Union Church is the oldest building in Mechanicsburg where many congregations (Trinity among them) had their start. We listened to God’s word and received Jesus’ presence in Communion as our ancestors did back in the 1840s. The forms vary, but the message is still the same. God loves you! Click below…
